Site Redesign for California University

Oversaw the strategy and project management for the redesign of the main portal and ~600 subsites of the agricultural and natural resources division of prominent California university. Owned the research, user experience strategy, and content strategy, while collaborating with product owner, client communications team, client technical lead, and internal UI designers. Strategic direction transformed the digital presence to position the organization as an innovator and leader, and influenced the client's overall communications strategy.

RESEARCH:  heuristic review, business strategy docs, content audits, site audits, landscape review, review of existing stakeholder interviews

STRATEGY:  content strategy, information architecture, taxonomy, navigation, labeling 

DESIGN: flows, concept sketches, wireframes, UX/UI reviews, photo editor


Achieved unanimous approval from leadership and institutional stakeholders at each milestone.
